7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unaltered
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Free of odor, product, or signs of installation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and quality control reasons, any hair that has been worn, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for return.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at m.f.huckabee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, the following items are final sale:
- Installed or worn hair extensions
- Opened or altered packaging
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period. For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact m.f.huckabee@gmail.com.
